Shipping was fast; it arrived in about 4 days, split into three separate boxes. Two boxes came one day, and the third arrived the next. Everything was packaged really well with no damage. Assembly was super simple. I was able to do it by myself in about 45 minutes. The pieces aren’t heavy, and it comes with all the tools you need to put it together. Now for the couch itself; once fully assembled, I was pleasantly surprised! It’s not a massive couch, but it’s a good, decent size. The pillows are soft, and it doesn’t take long to fluff up after being unpacked. I was a little unsure at first during assembly, but once all the parts came together, the quality really showed. The cushions have Velcro underneath to keep everything in place, and it’s very comfortable; I’ve already fallen asleep on it without even meaning to, which says a lot! The only downside I’ve noticed is that if you have pets (like I do), the fur sticks to it easily. I definitely recommend getting a lint roller or one of those reusable pet hair removers.

So the first thing i'm going to say is that the chase pieces need to be longer!! my husband is 6'4 and we thought this would do the trick. no, his legs hang off a lot! the cushions are a bit thin. and it should definitely sit more off the ground. It's very short. the feel is nice to the touch. it is comfy a bit at the sale price ill live with it but i would not pay $700.

This couch is terrible. Cheaply made, super low to the ground, the chaises are so short part of my legs and feet hang off and I’m only 5’4”. The color is not as pictured. It is BRIGHT BLUE. They will not take returns unless it hasn’t been opened and you have to pay for shipping of 3 very large heavy boxes… DO NOT BUY!

Horrible. Do not buy. It doesn't look like the image. Quality is poor with thin cushions and it's too small.
