(the name has nothing to do with the keto diet). there are researchpapers that 7-keto version of DHEA may help in weight loss. i have semi-low (not ideal levels) of DHEA. but i did not feel or get any impression that these worked for me. the brand i think is good. but unsure about the potency of the product. i may buy again, but only infrequently.
