I've used liquid L-Carnitine in the past but the sugar makes me hyper...this product doesn't but do notice a boost of energy that is gentle...my body likes it..

I thought I ordered L-carnitine, not the acetyl type. Haven't used it yet, because I remember in the past it made me feel drowsy.
