There's a reason Life Extension carries this outside product
This is a beautiful way to deliver ALA to your body. The half-life of ALA is not very long, you do not want to take regular ALA which might not get the job done and potentially wreak havoc on your body. This ALA with biotin has a sustained release factor, this improves the chances of your body removing those toxins completely. The short half-life of ALA does not matter in this formula because it will continue releasing ALA and biotin which will complete the job that other ALA molecules didn't finish. 10/10 recommend. #sweepstakes

I feel so much better taking Alpha Lipoic acid with biotin ! Helps with my nerve function, and inflammation, promotes healthy skin too.
