amazing stuff! Good energy and boosted immune and skin looks great already!

The recommended dosage is 12 mg per day. I like this because it's all right there in one gelcap. Other products come in 5 mg and 10 mg. The 12 mg per day does is perfect

I hadn't researched this much, but I'm pleased with the results. I don't see Astaxanthin in many antioxidant mixes.

I haven't used the product yet but I liked the lack of many extra and unnecessary ingredients and the fair price.

I received this product as a gift, but I started ordering it on a regular basis because I love the way it helps my skin, as well as, my eyes!

I use this with several other supplements and am quite satisfied! I will say that you must eat with food or you will probably get heart burn. I use 'squirt cheeze'...the same that I use for giving my 'best friend' his daily pills!

I have been purchasing astaxanthin for years because I doctor I follow highly recommended it for skin, hair, etc. I believe it is a very good product & this dosage is exactly what he recommends.

This a great product and Jarrow is a great company who backs up all their products with solid research. I always take astaxanthin because it works and I feel & move better.

Been taking for one month and feel different. This strength is the one that is recommended. It's pricey But for the way it makes me feel it's worth it.
