Jarrow Formulas Astaxanthin, 12 mg, 60 Softgels

This astaxanthin supplement has been excellent for supporting my skin health and reducing oxidative stress. The 12 mg dosage is effective, and the softgels are easy to take. I've noticed a clearer complexion and a general sense of well-being since incorporating it into my routine.

I really like this, it is very beneficial for your eyes. It is very good quality, and only has the good stuff in it, nothing unnecessary. After using it, I can see fast improvements. Love it!

Taking it with other supplements. In overall, the benefit is not clearly noticeable but I'll continue to take it. Capsule size is not big and easy to swallow.

My doctor recommended this supplement, but I'm not entirely sure why. I read it is supposed to help with eyesight, but I honestly can't say if I've noticed any difference in the several months I've been taking it. The size of the gelcap is great. Easy to swallow with no taste. Uncertain if I will continue using. This is the second brand of the supplement that I have tried, both with the same outcome.
