Bone up formula
Promotes bone density. Since starting, Im not as stiff and sore. paired with exercise and healthy diet

I have used this product for a decade to help my bone density issues. i have had positive results. I can't verify if it improves my bone density but it has put a halt to it worsening to point of taking prescription meds to reduce injury with falling or other injury.

I give this to my wife and mother to maintain bone mass. The vitamin K2 is good for the circulatory system, too.
