Great supplement!
I have been on the Hyaluronic acid for a few weeks now.I am already beginning to see signs of my skin becoming hydrated more.I am sure that my joints are becoming more lubricated as well.I have read that it takes 8 to 12 weeks to get the full benefits of taking Hyaluronic acid. It is good for eye health as well.I highly recommend this product!

good with collagen
I take this with collagen 1, 2 & 3. I feel a difference in my joints and my skin looks great!! I wish Swanson sold this in 100mg capsules, but Swanson's pricing for Jarrow brand is still less than any other vendor!!
