Hot flash prevention
I was recommended to take Evening Primrose Oil for hot flashes, and happened to get the Jarrow product for my first try and was delighted to no longer have hot flashes. Then the next time I went for the Swanson's brand, due to it being less expensive, and the hot flashes returned. And even though I doubled up on the Swanson's dosage, I'm still having hot flashes. They are much milder and less frequent than I was having before taking anything, but still. I will not reorder the less expensive product again.
