Love this brand.

During the winter months, it is critical to have supplements that provide a single bit of relief or uplift in the mood. The wear and tear of the winter weather on the mood and on the heart is tough. So, in order to manage my mood efficiently, I take Vitamin D3.

Since a diagnosis of low Vitamin D 3 years ago, I've taken 2 per day ever since. Great product. I've not had a cold in 3 years when everyone else around me has gotten sick 2-3 times during the winter season! Don't know if it's good luck or the Vit. D3...but I won't be without it now.

Jarrow Formulas vitamin D3 is an excellent product as well as almost all of Jarrow Formulas' products. I have been using their Ubiquinol QH 200mg for two decades with excellent results.. They are second to none.

I have no way of confirming that this product is doing anything positive for me. I am recommending it only because it's made by Jarrow, and Jarrow products consistently pass ConsumerLabs tests for purity and product strength.

There are many options for 1000 iu Vitamin D. Jarrow is my preferred product because the softgel is very small, and my granddaughter is uncomfortable swallowing pills, so this one works for us. Minimal extra ingredients. Nice product.
