Incomparable!
The best I have found. Now no significant interference with daytime activities nor with sleep due to muscle spasms. I tried at least 5 others which said they were highly absorbed but weren't.

great blend
This is a great product. The best combo of mg, K and taurine. My only complaint is that they are really large tablets, but that is understandable. Please bring them back. I am almost out

No more leg cramps
I suffered for months with random nighttime leg cramps. I've been taking this supplement 4 a year and have not had a cramp since I started.

Easy on the tummy
With other forms of Mag I tend to get an upset tummy. This one seems much gentler for me. I will continue to buy!
