Doesn't have that stinky smell!!
I love that it doesn't have that nasty b vitamin smell like most b vitamins made from - what coal tar derivatives? This stuff is a welcome change. Improved my energy even more!

Great Taste
This is great for people or children who don't like to swallow pills. The taste is tart and sweet. I chew one every morning. I like these a lot.

Well compounded product
I've been taking B12 for a very long time. But as I recently went to buy it again, I decided to do some research about it, hoping to find out what the best version(s) might be, and also hoping to learn about any co-factors that might help in its assimilation. From the research I did, this Jarrow B-12 checked the most boxes regarding these two matters. It is, however, a bit expensive for me. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars in several of the rating categories.

Most formulas are deficient in bio-available forms of these essential B vitamins. Jarrow fills the need nicely.

This works for me. I have more energy after I take this product. I don't know if there is something better than this but this works for me. I am happy with my purchase and will buy this again.

Good product. Nothing objectionable about it. Good price. Good flavor chewable. Seems too soon to feel the effects. Time will tell.
