Incorporating Phosphatidylserine 100 mg into my daily routine has significantly enhanced my cognitive function and mental clarity. I've noticed a marked improvement in my memory and ability to concentrate, which has been incredibly beneficial for both work and personal tasks.
This stuff is excellent quality and soy free which is awesome. I wish it didn't have ascorbyl palmitate in it though as that can be an allergy trigger for people like me with MCAS. It's also WAY more expensive that other similar offerings of sunflower PS 100mg on iHerb, and in my experience I've noticed no difference at all switching between the different brands in the different price brackets. I have nothing against this one (except maybe the ascorbyl palmitate) but I typically choose Lake Avenue or Nutricost versions these days because they're so much more affordable.
Phosphatidylserine from Jarrow brand. The Jarrow brand has been very effective. It's my favorite brand. Excellent for brain nutrition. It nourishes the brain and restores memory. Take dosage 1 capsule daily. The taste is amazing, the size and packaging are excellent.
It's a good supplement. I really liked the effect, I feel the benefits. The ingredients in the composition are in good shape. I was pleased with the quality of the additive, and I also liked the packaging from this manufacturer. The taste and smell are neutral. I am very pleased. I advise all my friends to try Jarrow Formulas, PS 100, Phosphatidylserine, 100 mg, 30 Softgels
Great supplement for Phosphatidylserine. Quality ingredient. We take this for brain health and cognition support which are the two main benefits of PS. Note that there's "Sharp-PS" and "Sharp-PS Green", the latter being softgels. I do prefer the softgel version and will keep getting this.
The 100 mg softgels are easy to take, and I've noticed a real improvement in my memory and focus since starting them. It's a high-quality supplement that supports cognitive health effectively, and I appreciate the reliable results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost mental clarity and support brain function.
The primary reason I started taking Phosphatidylserine was to help improve my memory and focus, and it has definitely lived up to expectations. I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to concentrate, especially during long work sessions or tasks that require sustained attention
Excellent quality ingredients, no taste, and easy size/texture to swallow. I've tried a good few versions of phosphatidylserine, and this one gives me the most obvious benefit of clearer thinking and less brain fog. Dosage is exactly right for me as well.
After taking this for almost few months, I felt slight improvement with my health (although it may be just a psychological effect coupled with me practicing healthy lifestyle and taking other food supplements to reap the benefits). It's made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life. The quality is wonderful. Supplements are long term investment so I suggest you do not start and stop halfway through. Wishing you great health, safety and happiness, my friend.
I tried PS 100, Phosphatidylserine, hoping for better focus and mental clarity. While I did notice a slight improvement in concentration after a couple of weeks, the results weren't as dramatic as I had hoped. The softgels are easy to take, and I had no side effects, which is a plus. However, for the price, I expected more noticeable benefits. It's an okay product, but I might explore other options before buying it again.
