A good and helpful product.
The fact that it Supports Joint Health, Brain Metabolism %26 Antioxidant Defense, is a plus for me, I have been taking SAMe for 3 months. So far, I have not experienced any problems.

Good for arthritis
Prefer capsules to tablets, but seems to be working. I have used SAM-e for several years for the arthritis in my hands. No longer use any pain pills. Swelling completly gone. No side effects to me.
