Jarrow Formulas SAM-e, Promotes Joint Strength, Mood and Brain Function, 200 mg, 60 Enteric-Coated tabs

I just started taking this product about a year ago (2024). However, I stopped for 6 m9nths. I started taking it again in February of 2025 and noticed a big difference. It helps if you take it for a least one month - you will notice a difference. It helps my joints and arthritis I have in my knees, back, and neck. I also take the Jarrow brand of Hylauronic Acid (one small capsule twice per day) and Jarrow brand of MSM (one medium capsule per day) for my joints and arthritis. I've tried other brands for over 10 years and Jarrow works the best and the ingredients have been verified as being safe. Delivery was also quick!

I've been looking for depression relief for years. I've tried everything f fr om RX to natural products. Same' made me feel great after I found the right dose. I slowly upped my dose to 400mg 2x a day. 6 months later and I feel better then ever. I also have psoriatic arthritis. My joints feel better also. I read about sam-e hoping to improve my mood. I was also concerned that I needed these amino acids since I have been a vegetarian and not eaten red meat for 20 years. I definately see positive results: elevated mood, mostly due to deep uninterrupted sleep, and a quiet mind during the daytime. I achieved these results after taking sam-e daily for 6 weeks. I'm on my 3rd month and continue to take one nightly. I highly recommend for elevated mood, deep sleep, and quieting a restless mind.

I was placed on a Sam e regimen by my doctor. She suggested the Jarrow brand, but I could not find it easily. I started off with a grocery store brand of Same e, and then ordered the Jarrow. I responded strongly as soon as I started taking it with improved energy and alertness. Then, when the Jarrow brand arrived, I switched over to that, and I got an every stronger impact. The Jarrow must be a superior concentration or something like that to provide such a noticeable improvement in the performance.

Since I started taking samE a few weeks ago, I feel more energetic and less moody. I am more satisfied with my accomplishments and my relationships. I am very happy with the results I have had, and highly recommend it.

Fast service, good pricing. Most SAM-e being sold seems to now be 400 mg and this was one of the only sites offering the 200 daily dose that I wanted. Jarrow is a good brand and hard to get in stores.

I am sure the product is great but it was not delivered

The item was crushed, the Walmart received the package on a Friday ( Fed-ex) went to recover the item the next day, was told it wasn't availible, got home, 20 miles away and received an email saying item was availible, went in Monday, they couldn't find it, picked it up Tuesday to find a flat crushed carton.
