great stuff if you have knee pain
ive been taking for a few weeks now and already i have a great improvement. i have almost no cartilage in my knee and dr says i need surgery asap because injections are not working, i bought this and after the first week i can feel an improvement. going to keep taking and will update as soon as i know if its really going to work.
