BoneUp Ultra includes Calcium and my doctor recommends taking calcium spaced throughout the day. BoneUp provides for this so the body can better absorb calcium. I take 2 tablets 3 times a day plus the other vitamins and minerals accompany Calcium such as Vitamin D3. I am getting all the supplements I need by using Ultra BoneUp.

My doctor put me on them and I will be on these the rest of my my life to help prevent the worsening of my osteoporosis as I've already had 4 spontaneous broken bones. I am happy with my selection of Bone-Up for my needs. As an over-50 lady, I am of course concerned about bone health. The doses of calcium come with trace minerals like zinc and copper, which are sometimes hard to find in formulas. The oblong tablets are a bit large but easy for me to get down.

I have been taking Bone Up for years I love the Ultra bone up because I only have to take three a day. And, it has all the minerals and vitamins needed to get the calcium where it needs to go. I highly recommend it. I really like that Swanson is so quick with my deliveries too.

Several years ago my Doctor did a bone scan and informed me I had Osteopenia. She said I needed to take a commerical drug to stop the process from advancing to Osteoporsis. I ordered a bottle of Jarrow's Ultra Bone-up from Walmart.com and was dismayed to find that it had already expired. The seller had slapped their own label on the bottle, claiming it expired on 12/30/28. I called Jarrow and gave them the Lot number on the bottle. It had expired in 2024. I ordered from Walmart because they had the cheapest price and the fastest delivery time. It seems you get what you pay for!
