The 1,000 mg dosage per capsule is convenient, and I appreciate that they are vegan-friendly. I've noticed a reduction in joint discomfort, which is a big plus for my active lifestyle.

i don't like the opening cap i prefer it to be attached to the bottle but anyways not a big deal. i decided to take this product cause it helps with skin and hair and most importantly joints i have joint pain for some reason in my finger which i take nsaids for it (by doctor prescription)

I use this product when I intend to do gardening for the day or other daily task. I have about 5 tablets on the day and find I don't get sore muscles which I would normally do if I didn't take them. Love my MSM. Wouldn't do without a bottle. I recommend this product.

My joint pain, which was almost unbearable at times, has significantly decreased. This is a good product to help strengthen our joints, teeth, hair, and nails. I have been taking MSM since 5 or 6 years ago. I recommended to my parents too.

I use this when experiencing mild to moderate arthritis pain. If I am not planning to be active, it helps restfulness without having to take pain killer. I take it at night and seems to help, if pain is present. I have taken 2-3 max a day. I do not know if it would make a difference at higher doses.

I got a bit scared after watching some videos that stated MSM gives you bad dreams. I didn't experience this myself; I used it a couple of times and didn't have any bad dreams. However, I didn't use it persistently because of the fear that I might. Otherwise, this product did not cause any side effects for me, and it's supposedly good for you.

I recently started using this MSM supplement, so it's still early days, but I'm optimistic about its potential benefits. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to support my overall health in the long run.

I feel like they have changed the formula. It isn't as it effective as before but I haven't used it for long to really feel the difference.
