Great quality brand and ingredients. The size is large but not impossible and the benefits are worth it. Helps with oxidative stress and free radicals, good for the lungs.

I narrowed it down to 2 brands and the composition, packaging , size and quality ingredients of Jarrow products was the main reason for choosing over so many other brands of NAC sold at IHerb. In researching the benefits, making the purchase, unfortunately upon receipt, I got it mixed up with NALT. I have regularly used NaC sustain but this time tried instead the capsules. It smells as soon as I opened the bottle of sulphur and didnt feel the same effect
