I appreciate getting vitamin B12 in a great tasting chewable tablet that does NOT leave funny taste or residue

I like that these are dissolving capsules and that the taste is good. (Doesn't taste like lemon to me, but vaguely fruity.) Makes it easier to pop one in every day and know that I'm getting the B12 I need. I've been through several bottles already, and each have been of the same high quality. Will continue to buy these vitamins on a regular basis.

I like this particular brand of B-12 because the lozenges taste good and they dissolve under my tongue, which is the way B12 should be ingested (bypassing the stomach).

Methylcobalamin B12 is important for brain, nerves and production of red blood cells and is superior to cyanocobalamin B-12 for those of us tested to have a deficiency. The Jarrow brand is highly rated and tastes good.

I got these because the methyl B is the most absorbable and the flavor is mild and pleasant. The only thing is if you pour up two weeks worth into containers like I do, the B-12 (regardless of form) will absorb moisture from the air or the other supplements and get crumbly... so I just keep them in their original container and take one that way daily.
