Disappointing-No ice pack included
This transaction was horrible. It is required to deliver this probiotic on ice. No ice pack was included with this delivery. After 4 hours off of ice, it loses its efficacy. Will never order again from this company, very disappointed.

Poor Shipping
Probiotics need to be refrigerated. Seller shipped item improperly. The strains die if not refrigerated. Message sent to seller

Jarrow Dophilus ultra poor handling
Received 3 packages of Jarrow Dophilus ultra in the mail with no cool packs. Manufacturer states refrigerate product. Disappointed that Swanson disregarded this important viability rule. Will not order again from Swanson as I can't be sure of the product handling and therefore, the quality of the product I ordered.
