The EB5 MAX is smooth, strong, and very fast. Very well designed and built. I love it, best you can get for the money, and it's a bargain at the price I bought it. I already loved the CB1 model I bought last year, but it was a little too limited for me in terms of mileage.
This e-bike is well worth the money ! Very sturdy build and the company Jasion is wonderful to work with . The battery last a long time and the bike has lots of pep to it . I definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for good E bike at a good price definitely recommending it to all of my friends.
This particular bike jasion EB5 is awesome... JASION themselves kept in contact with me the whole shipment tracking...as fedex STOLE our first bike for xmas...we were reimbursed immediately, bought another,JASION emailed everyday as to where the bike was in route...this bike was packed incredibly well...easy to put together...made for all of our terrain that the other 4 bikes we have go!!! Great e bike ,good price,works well..my son is 6' , 205 lbs and is perfect for him to take AROUND TOWN,ON THE TRAILS,IN THE WOODS... I SUPPORT EB5 JASION BIKES!!
What a fantastic bike. So easy to put together and solid as can be. The manual is on line but not really necessary. Seems to me a complete quality product. Had a small issue and customer service and support was absolutely outstanding, they get 10/10. So comfortable and easy to ride.
I am very happy with this e-bike. After using it for some time, I can honestly say it offers excellent value for the price. The build quality feels strong and durable, and the bike is very comfortable to ride. One of the best features is the battery life. On a full charge, I can easily get around 40 to 50 km depending on riding conditions. The motor is powerful, and the bike can reach speeds of up to 47 km/h. I also like that the speed limit can be adjusted to 25, 30, or 32 km/h according to personal preference. The fat tires make the ride smooth and stable, even on rough roads. The bike feels solid, reliable, and well built. Overall, this is one of the best purchases I have made, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and dependable e-bike.
So easy to ride and use. When they arrived (yes I purchased two) I could not believe the quality as I unboxed them. My wife and I had absolutely no issues getting them put together. All the tools you need are included. Everything is so easy to install. There is an owner manual that you can download but we have yet to need it. So comfortable to ride with all the power to could possibly need. The computer makes it so easy to ride. I did have one question, and when I contacted customer service at Jasion Bikes, I was truly surprised at how well and quickly I was helped. All around a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend.
This is a very sturdy and fun bike. It has plenty of power, excellent battery life, and the back rack was perfect for the additional bag we purchased. We have used it on trails and pavement and it is always a smooth ride. Very happy with our purchase.
The rear seat I received has a manufacturing issue. The mounting area is open, so the seat cannot be installed at all. I've attached photos to show the problem. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this or providing a replacement. Thank you
The battery housing and the chainrings guide plates were damaged out of the box. The battery damage was apparent right away, but I had to find out about the chain guide damage in the middle of traffic. Two of the four screws holding the guide plates together were stripped as well as the receiver holes for them allowing the chain to jump off the ring. Also, one of the two allen screws that hold and align the handle bars to the frame was missing from the shipment. If you don't like to steer or pedal, this massive failure of an e-bike is just right for you. $900 for a bike I will ultimately spend another $200 on to make it road worthy. The Max in EB5 Max stands for maximum pain. Avoid at all costs.
This has been a horrible experience with this bike. Now the battery is not charging I've tried two different chargers. If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow, I'm going to put a defective product dispute with Chase bank and get all of my money back. I need this bike for work so I need this battery replaced immediately
