This is the best purchase I have made in some time. I wanted to get some exercise, but I am not up to peddling uphill without a little help. I am fortunate to live in a community with a scenic trail network and this has opened up a hole new world. The bike works great and I consider it to have been a purchase that has more than proven its value.

This Jasion e-bike best exercise purchase I ever made. I am 64, t will add years to my life. I did 35 miles in the first week. There is a little bit of self-assembly, it took me 1 to 2 hours, but I think almost everyone will figure it out. The quality of all the parts was excellent, they all fitted together perfectly using provided tools. There were a couple of frame paint chips maybe from shipping, no big deal. As for riding the e-bike the power assist modes are very easy to understand. In PAS mode 3 there is plenty of power, enough to get you quickly up to 21 mph. I fitted a left turn handlebar mirror for $10 and bought a $10, 4ft x 0.5inch keyed security wire to help keep it safe. Also, a small back carrier bad for shopping. I use it every day at 6am when it is cool and for shopping small items. If I could change two things I would 1. Make the gear ratios slightly higher, I am using 7th gear all the time. At 21 mph I am peddling a little fast. 2. It feels like this is being limited to 21mph and imho it should be allowed to go to 25mph. If they make these two changes, I would even buy a 2nd one of these. they are fun!

Excellent e-bike. Only comment is the speedometer display could be brighter. It's ok in regular light but is a little difficult to see in bright light

Didn't want to break the bank to purchase a e-bike so picked this one. Happy with the bike. Ride it 10 miles each morning using the pedal assist. Don't know how far/long it would go on a charge but i recharge it after 30 miles.

Great bike easy to assemble! One thing noticed in the advertised pictures the one picture shows 5 PAS modes it only has 3! Dont be fooled 😂😂

Nice bike did have to get a more comfortable seat. It's fast and easy to learn how to move the gears and get pedal assist. For the price a really good bike

I basically like the bike. Had/Have a issue this the front wheel. Contacted Walmart who directed me to the company thats listed as the one who sent me the bike. But customer service said they do not deal with the ones sold by Walmart. I guess ill just have to eat the expence. Kinda getting the run around between the two.

I bought the black YM1 bike first and checked it out thoroughly. The bike performed well and I only had one issue with some the rear spokes being loose causing the rear wheel to wobble. Tech support was very good and helped me resolve that issue. I was very pleased with the 1st bike so decided to order a second YM1 bike in the blue color. I was expecting the new blue YM1 to be exactly like the black bike I purchased a couple of weeks before, but I ended up being very disappointed. The blue bike had cheaper controls and LED screen (see pics) and more importantly, did not perform as well ! The black bike can reach speeds of 28 MPH, but the blue bike only reaches speed of 22.5 MPH. The new controller on the blue bike allowed me to change the max speed to 100 in the user parameters like the black bike, however, the blue bike still would not go over 22.5 MPH. Also, since the 2 bikes had different LED control panels, the PAS assist level speeds were different and made riding next to each other very awkward. One bike would be cruising at a faster speed than the other so that person would have to constantly stop pedaling for the other bike to catch up. I changed as many settings as possible on both bikes to try to adjust to where we could ride together pedaling and cruising at the same speed, but had no luck. The only way around this was for the faster bike to control the speed by holding the throttle just right the whole time pedaling next to the other slower bike. This was also very awkward and my hand would get tired holding the throttle the whole ride. I reached out to tech support and they could not resolve the performance issues. They told me the fix “would require replacing not only the controller but also the motor and the LCD. Unfortunately, this level of modification is not feasible as it would involve significant changes to the bike's original design and specifications”. The best they could do was give me a partial refund on the blue bike, but that still left me dissatisfied. I wanted 2 bikes that were exactly the same except the color. The product description on Walmart shows the same bike with 2 available colors. There are no details and descriptions saying the bikes are different. I feel like I didn't get what a wanted and I'm stuck now and just have to live with the performance issues. I wrote this review to warn other potential buyers who are buying 2 bikes, or even 1 bike for that matter, that these bikes differ in performance and features. Hope you get the better one if you decide to purchase a YM1.

We bought this item. My daughter got on it wrote it not even two houses up the back in tube exploded owner got her really stressed out and depressed. It was a gift for her. It is not worth what they are going for.
