very impressed by the speed. Even though it got wrecked. we were able to fix it. A few extra things i need to get for it is phone holder, a mirror, a basket and a lock. very good customer service. thankful for the time.

The electric bike exceeded my expectations. I have been able to get 1000 miles out of it without any issues. I like the thumb throttle, the five different PAS levels, and the easy assembly. It came with everything needed for assembly. Great tires, okay brakes, beautiful bike, easy shifting.

The on line tutorial made assembly very simple. Plus all tools needed for assembly were included which was a bonus for me. This is my first experience with an electric bike but so far I have found that this bike is very powerful and has demonstrated a lot of speed. Use caution when using the pedal assist because it will bolt like a rabbit.

100% recommend this bike. easy to assemble more like a regular 10 speed bike but with awesome power. it doesn't hesitate to speed up as soon as it feels like you need assistance. takes about 2 and 1/2 hours to charge a depleted battery. but the battery life stays high even when you don't write it for about a week!

Great Bike!! I'm 6'5@275lbs and 70 yrs old. Just came back from vacationing in the mountains, road 17 miles with and without pedal assist on paved roads. (NOT MOUNTAIN BIKING) It has great speed and power when using full electric mode. I got it up to 31mph on level road.

The bike is nice looking and works well so far . If you are not mechanically inclined stay away . Mine had bolts that were cross threaded right out of the box . I had to drill and tap new threads in one hole i was able to just clean up the threads on the second.

The bike arrived in great shape, however, when I had it out for my first ride I noticed that my front tire was wobbling. I now have to get this problem resolved. Needless to say I am disappointed .

Power response is not smooth, securing bolt for front headlight would not stay tight and stripped very easily when i tried to tighten it, brakes don't feel responsive. Biggest complaint is with application of power. We got this bike for my wife who is under 5 feet tall, and the PAS at level 1 is sudden and strong. If you are not pointed in a good direction and this happens, it will lead to a crash. This bike needs torque sensing to tame the power response.

There seems to be an issue with the battery as it does not give the mileage it states on a fully charged battery.

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to give everyone a heads up after the experience I am having. I purchased this bike as a gift and when it arrived the rear wheel was damaged. I immediately contacted Walmart to initiate a return. Apparently, Walmart does not handle the returns, they put it directly on the company selling the bike. After waiting several days for a response, I purchased a bike from a local retailer (should have done this to begin with). Finally I get a response about my return. The company says that there are NO RETURNS on these bikes and the only thing they will do is send me a replacement part. I told them my situation. This was a gift, I had to purchase a different bike to give the gift on time, the bike is damaged on arrival, but they are still refusing to give a refund. I am now in contact with Walmart, they have escalated the issue and it looks like I might get a refund from Walmart, but I haven't actually seen the refund yet. This has taken two weeks of my time, several emails and phone calls, and I still don't have a refund. Again, I did nothing wrong, I didn't even take the packaging off of the bike and I am being told I have to keep it and there is no refunds given. Please take my advise and purchase from your local bike shop, don't even waste your time with this bike.
