Poor quality
Very poor quality guitar. The 1st string would not even tighten the string, so something must have been wrong with the tuning key. The 6th string clanged a giants the frets when strummed. One plastic part was scratched and another plastic piece at the base of the the strings was crooked. Already returned it and are awaiting a refund.
