It moisturizes, it cleanses without any harsh ingredients. Also, I hear negative comments about the product not having a lather, well it's not suppose to because it doesn't contain all the 'harsh' chemicals or ingredients thatis known to create that thick lather most of us are use to.
I LOVE this body wash!! Another reviewer claimed it smells bad, but if u like coconut as much as I do you'll love this! I've had many many different coconut body washes and this one smells the best. I'm wondering if somehow the other reviewer got a bad bottle or if it was seriously expired bc it just doesn't make sense that this would even get a single bad review. The fragrance is Not synthetic and that's perfect bc my skin is very sensitive. Having said that I am not as impressed with what this did for my skin as I am with what it did for my son. As a newborn he was suffering from dry skin, major dry scalp and some baby acne. I was shocked bc I take very well care of him, and got all the Aveeno bath and body products for him. The bath wash and body lotion just wasn't doing what it should. I use this body wash, so I thought I'd try it on my son. I did and after 2 baths his dry scalp is gone, no more baby acne, and his skin is nice and soft. I also mix a little Palmer's coconut oil in with his body lotion
This is my favorite body wash for dry skin. I can even shave with it. It doesn't lather up like most body washes because it doesn't contain the harsh sulfates. Use a small travel size puff and it will lather up for you. Awesome product!!
Wonderful body wash for my sensitive skin. The apricot scent is great too.
I have dry skin due to harsh water & this stuff works great, amazing in fact. It does not lather (which is why it moisturizes so well) it's a thick cream similar to an in-shower lotion, but cleans efficiently. This paired with your favorite body lotion is perfection for very dry skin. If you only have mild dry skin this is good enough on its own for you. The 1 & only reason I didn't give full stars is I do not like the scent. To me it smells like sour coconuts instead of sweet (upside: the scent is only strong when first applied, it disappears or lightens up shortly after. A minor con nonetheless)
This does not suds up but I love it because it makes your skin so soft and I love the smell of coconut
This body wash made my skin feel wonderful but it smells absolutely awful. I thought that it would smell like coconut but it doesn't it smells like sour pineapple and it is over powering, even my 6 year old son said "ooh yuck that stinks it's sour." I only used it one time and had to throw it out. I did like how it made my skin feel and I am thinking that I might order a different scent before I throw in the towel. Didn't lather very well either....
Did not like this body wash. It doesnt lather and it smells bad! I don't just mean it doesn't smell like coconut.. it actually smells kind of foul. That being said.. it's probably made up of high quality ingrediants and doesnt lather because it mosturizes well. Thats not what Im looking for, however, so I wont be purchasing again. Not sure about the other scents.
I am a big fan of jason products and have used them for 20 years. This is my first bad, really bad experience. There is no lather at all. No matter how much product I placed on my washcloth, I can not get a lather. It's just like putting body lotion on. I returned it to Walmart.
