Jawbone UP3 - Activity tracker - Bluetooth - 1.02 oz - black twist

I purchased a UP3 almost 2 years ago and fell in love with it. It keeps me on my toes (literally) and keeps me feeling great! I broke the strap on day and tried to use a rubber band to keep it on my wrist, but that was a disaster. I was lost without it. Then I found another one and am happy to know my amount of exercise, description and amount of my nightly sleep and heart rate. Granted, I could know more, but only choose to know these three. I REALLY LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Very well made & no problems like the other reviews...

I researched a number of fitness bands for my needs, and found that the Jawbone UP3 was the winner of them all. I like wearing different watches and didn't want to wear both a fitness tracker with lights and a watch. The Jawbone UP3 relies on your cell phone, and it tracks your heart beats while sleeping and awake, your sleep, your steps onto your phone. It also gives you reminders on how well you are on track with your goals. I would highly recommend this tracker.

I got an UP3 as a Christmas gift. About a week later, the band came off my wrist and I was unable to find it despite using the location feature and noticing when it was syncing. I purchased another band to replace the lost one. I am more aware that the band can get unhinged by contact with an object. The sensors and analytics are great. I really like the sleep and HR monitoring, much better than Fitbit monitoring. I wish that the app data was also uploaded to a website so I could see the graphs in more detail.

The strap is the only faulty part of the product. The buckle won't stay closed, so it falls off frequently.

When I received it,it looked nice and was easy to use.But when I got ready to charge it it,would not charge,the charging unit was okay,but the band was messed up.

Was excited bc of the heart rate tracking capabilities and it being a bracelet since I enjoy wearing different watches. Initially thought it notifies you when you get a call or text, but if doesn't. Very annoying. Not giving it 1 star for that though since I wasn't aware when I ordered it did not have that capability. Biggest complaint I saw was losing the piece that hold the clasp on. Many reviews said it falls off easily and I thought nothing of it. The first day I wore it I got home and realized I no longer had it. Now it constantly falls off. I also question the heart rate accuracy. Has my heart rate way lower than normal. Don't buy.

I was a huge supporter of the Jawbone Up3. Loved the sleep tracker as well as the fitness tracking component. I wore it every day. After the first five months or so the band started to pull away from the heart rate component and I started to get a rash on my wrist from the rubbing. I called customer service and explained the situation and they replaced it right away. Again, I was a satisfied customer. However, four to five months later the new band started to tear. At a different place this time, but a similar problem. I emailed customer service to open a case. Two weeks later no one had responded. I emailed again. No one responded. I called customer service and got an automated message stating that they did not have phone customer service at this time and were working to get it back up. Its been about a month now and I can't get any customer support. I am incredibly disappointed as I was wiling to overlook the flaws in the product, because they stood behind it, and were helpful. But now I can't say that and feel that others should avoid the same thing happening to them.

Device does not work. The app is no longer supported. Do not buy. Walmart should not be selling this.

There is no app for the Jawbone UP3 Smart Band so it is JUNK !!!!!
