The customer service is great! We love the couch, my baby took to it immediately! We had a small issue at 1st but customer service was FAST to reply and they went above and beyond!!!! Far surpassed my expectations! I highly recommend this company and this play couch.

This is great for my active and imaginative 4 year old! She loves changing the sofa into its many forms. She can climb on it, jump on it, and use it for floor is lava! It's easy to clean and easy to store to the side.

I live in Chicago and priced a locally produced product muchbhigher and not as creatively designed. Jaxx checks the made in USA box for a reasonable price with a better design.

This is a wonderfully sturdy little couch that doubles as furniture for a reading nook and a jumping “mountain”/tunnel/acrobatics landing zone. A+ on toddler versatility.
