JBL Charge 4 - Portable Bluetooth speaker - Red

I bought the charge 4 in 2019 October, this far a great product, easy to carry form factor, great battery life and excellent sound quality. Unfortunately doesn't sync with the Charge 5 , JBL should have retained sync between generations.

Great quality speakers. I like that it has an auxiliary port as well plug in my CD player or my phone which has an auxiliary port as well. I have a black JBL speaker as well I've had it for 10 years still sounds great works really well

I bought this item as a replacement for my bose flex sound link. I had used many premium brands like bose, Sony etc. before and always thought Bose was the best in the market. To my surprise, this one performs even better than the bose speaker, better sound quality, better base and the battery once charged to full, doesn't drain for a couple of days on continuous use. It's really worth the money you're paying for.

I have the JBL Charge 4. Amazing true story! I accidentally dropped it in the burning barrel while burning trash. Unbelievably it still works. Check out the photos. Only thing is I can't go real loud or it starts distorting. It never used to. And doesn't hold a charge as long. I love my speaker it goes everywhere I go. I love loud music!! But unfortunately it stays home now. I am saving for the JBL CHARGE 5. But something keeps coming up and It's hard to get enough saved Hopefully by summer. Amazing speaker. It's a survivor like me!! Awesome speaker!! So it's waterproof and pretty dang heat proof. Can't wait to get my next new speaker. Kim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is a lot better than the JBL Charge 3. At low volume and high volume, the sound is excellent. The design is very good, and it has great battery life. It is a little bit bigger than the Charge 3.

Just recieved this speaker yesterday and I love it. I haven't used the charge feature yet and I was hoping it would be a bit louder but it's good quality sound. The packaging is super cute too!

I bought these two speakers with the intention of using them both in sync to have plenty music. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND these to anyone. The connection between the two speakers is really bad. There are sound loss and bugs really often, even when the cellphone is a few meters away from both. The sound quality and bass are also really disappointing for the price point.

Buyer beware this appears to be not true OEM JBL Charge. Retail package does not match store purchased item. The unit is lighter and the plastic fit and finishes are low quality - much less than true JBL Charge. It is missing warranty information as well as instructions. Packaging was damaged on exterior graphics, interior box and the inner plastic was torn. It was damaged prior to and during shipping. Walmart should be checking if this is an authorized seller before they allow them on the platform. I suspect not - I will be returning to Walmart. If they reject the return then I will contact my credit card company as needed. Also, I attempted to cancel the order before shipping and the company printed a shipping label and then waited 4 days before presenting it for shipment.

The speaker itself sounds great but it turns off even when fully charged. Also, when you turn it off, it turns back on by itself. The FedEx driver threw the box when he delivered it. This was my worry. It was my husband's Father's Day gift.

I bought this product and was stoked to turn it on and was quickly dismayed that the charging cable that came with it had a gash through it clear to the inner wires. But not only that, the chord would not fit correctly into the speaker's port and would wiggle around.
