I bought these headphones because my old ROCCATs broke apart. These guys were on sale, ½ price, so I picked them up. Wow!These headphones have excellent sound. They are crisp and clear. The charge lasts a long time, too. They are lightweight on your head. I carry them sound my neck when I'm taking the train, and I tend to forget that they are even there. My only issue is that they can get "pinchy" sometimes. But I am prone to migraines, so I think that has a lot to do with it: my head is super-sensitive. All in all, I really like these headphones.
Great product, sound and quality good, I recommend 100% my son love it because he don't like the noise.
So I recently got these and even the packaging screams quality they are really comfy and look amazing they are easy to use too you can plug them in or use the wirelessly via blue tooth . The sound quality is fantastic especially with the noise cancelling function it really brings a whole new experience into wearing headphone
The noise canceling is great even though they could be a bit louder, but I'm satisfied
This definitely was a good buy but one note is that the headphones size on your ears is kinda smaller than I thought but Thats just one nitpick great quality and sound pretty easy to use kinda hurts my ears when taking off but I might just have big ears also good to have for braids comfortably fit.
I acquired this headphones lately and I am pleased with the sound quality of this product. It is accompanied with the JBL headphones app where you can fiddle different setting of EQ and create your own. The price is affordable and the overall design and quality is JBL standard. The depth of the sound when using noise cancelling is amazing depending on your sorrounding and the level of noise. While watching video the lip sync is almost perfect. The audio quality is great. Wearing this headphones for too long around 2 hours makes my ears red and uncomfortable due to the fact it has a small earpad diameter. While running the clamp force of the headphones is strong it will not fall, depending the size of the head. Headphones itself is adjustable. There is no carrying pouch included. Bluetooth easy to connect. I like best the voice command especially with Alexa. You just need to tap the left side of the headphone say your command then release your hand. That is fascinating. During call there is a key to press called talk thru. It has a long battery life.
the ear muffs wont even fully cover the ear and squeeze your ears against your head, tho they do sound great
The one purchase I made for myself was a mistake. Purchased on sale for what I thought was a good price . Did not attempt to open nor use until out of the return window which is my own fault. When purchasing headphones one would expect to be able to hear out of both sides but nope not these. Despite following every trouble shooting suggestion both on JBL site and the internet I can only get sound out of one side. No help via customer service either. Not one of the higher quality products JBL offers but I did however expect them to work properly once opened.
You should be able to develop by yourself. You can go back to the basic. Causing ear irritation.
The device is broken. It won't shut off, so the battery drains and it constantly connects to my devices when I don't want it to. I've reached out to support who have been largely unhelpful, saying it I pay for packaging I can send it back for warranty repair. I just want a refund at this point.
