JBL Quantum 400 - USB over-ear PC gaming headset with game-chat dial - Black

Very satisfied with these headsets from JBL. Really good and clear audio quality and due to the cushioned ears, you get completely emerged in the sound. Tried with PC and Xbox and the quality is consistent on both - 3.5mm jack and USB connection. Good mic sound and volume. Lovely adaptation to various music styles and gaming regimes. Definitely worth buying if you are a moderate gamer who needs a comfortable headset with great audio quality for a decent price. Also, can be used with PC and various online meeting platforms such as Skype, Zoom and GoToMeeting.

I had some Turtle Beach headphones for a year before I bought these JBL headphones. The Turtle Beach headphones were tight on my head! I kept pulling them to see if maybe I could stretch them to alleviate the pressure, but they were made for smaller heads. The JBL's are very comfortable, I can adjust the sound, and they're great. The only complaint I have is that the dials on the left side are sensitive. Any wrong move and the sound volume turns up. Other than that, I love them! Sound quality is fantastic!

They connect via 3.5mm Aux cable , and also to a Type C to USB cable .. cables are very well made , and long to give you more freedom.. - Quality .. these Headphones are well made , light weight and seem to be very durable.. - The cushions feel nice , soft and comfy.. - Sound : they are very loud , sound is very good , and the surround sound is very impressive , wow .. also they are over the ear , big enough to give your ears plenty of space.. - Microphone : it sounds really good , clear , and loud enough .. I really like the fact that you can flip it up and it turns off , or you can use the Mic button underneath the left side to turn it on or off .. - also there is another feature where you can adjust the level of the volume on the Mic when you are talking to your friends / game partners .. - QUANTUM ENGINE : i really like this feature , where you can customize the Sound the way you prefer , the Lights , and the Spatial Sound on or off.. - Overall .. is a very good product , Great Sound , and Good Quality .. for it's price .. as You Would Expect from any JBL Product ..

i bought this headset about 2 months ago and the sound quality is good but my only problem is that the part whare the ear peace connects to the head band just starts so crumble and I have only been able to keep it alive with super glue

It's very good. However, the leather material around the bracket got damaged after a few months and it's now looks so ugly.

I purchased this headset in late 2020. I purchased it for videoconferences and listening to music. I found that it was comfortable to wear and the sound quality, both headset and microphone were good. Unfortunately the quality of the materials didn't match the sound and features. My headset broke after less than a year of use. The headset was only used for several hours each week, not handled roughly, and stored on its own shelf. The material or design of the pivoting interface between the ear cups and headband is flawed. Both sides cracked and one side failed completely. I'm disappointed in the quality of this headset and it's likely the last JBL product that I'll purchase.

Do not buy this junk. I love jbl but I can not recommend these less. They have a mind of there own and work when they want. Really Regret spending any money on these

Only after 2 months the speaker blew on my headset. They worked great and than when I played them with Call Of Duty MW2 they blew from the sound.

Gift tried to return….only 30 days regardless of problem….do better Walmart. Though Walmart had 90 day return policy. Be wary if purchasing as a gift.
