The simplicity of connecting this device to my phone and sync was flawless. I started using close to me and recording sounded great. Then I tested about 20 feet away between rooms and sounded as if I was talking right into the phone. Amazing sound and clarity is well worth the purchase. I tested for a period about 30 minutes without an battery issues and expect this can be used for hours. The only issue item had is wind shield had to be carried separately and no where to house to use when needed. If s compact wind shield could be developed it would be perfect.

It plugs directly into my phone through USB C (make sure you buy the right plug for your phone) and sets up very quickly. It comes with a charging case which protects the microphone on top of charging it. It comes with a cover to block out the wind, which has been great for filming outside, especially at the beach. I've used this with both my phone and my laptop, and it's worked great with both. I have recorded myself playing piano and it sounds so much clearer than my phone mic does. I walked over 20 feet away with the microphone and the connection was still top notch. Would definitely recommend, especially for content creators.

I like this thing so much I want to figure out how to use it for everyday use, not just content and streaming creation. The thought behind is it slick, and the execution is sweet. The idea just makes sense and will really enable better sound, better audio and better content for those that choose to use it. The overall package is so well done, how it fits into sleek charger, how it all integrates, how easy it works. I love that it comes with a wind diffuser for the mic as well, but that would also be related to my one complaint - I wish there was space in the charger/holder for the diffuser as well. Overall I think this would make a really great addition to content creators and no one would regret purchasing it and using it.

Great design & build, but… Please be informed that our Audio Specialist confirmed that JBL Quantum Stream Wireless USB-C is not compatible for any voice-communication apps such as Zoom or Teams. This product is only designed for audio streaming and recording.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and Walmart's customer service. I ordered a JBL microphone, but instead received Nintendo Switch controllers. Mistakes happen, but what followed was a frustrating and exhausting experience. I went to my local Walmart store to return the incorrect item, but they were unable to process the return because the barcode in their system showed the JBL microphone rather than the controllers I actually received. I contacted Walmart customer support, and they provided a new barcode. Unfortunately, the store encountered the exact same issue and still could not accept the return. I contacted support again and was told that I would receive a refund and would not need to return the incorrectly shipped item. Several hours later, I received a notification stating that the refund could not be processed. I reached out to support once more and was given yet another barcode, which also failed to work. During my final attempt to resolve the issue, a Walmart representative promised to send me a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours so I could return the incorrect item and receive a refund. The shipping label never arrived. At this point, I have spent far more time trying to correct Walmart's mistake than the item was worth. Despite multiple calls, several representatives, and repeated promises, the issue remains unresolved. I never received the microphone I ordered, and I have been unable to obtain a refund. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in Walmart's ability to resolve customer service issues and will not be purchasing from Walmart again. I would recommend shopping elsewhere, as other retailers have demonstrated far better customer support when handling order errors.
