JBL Tune 130NC TWS - True wireless Noise Cancelling earbuds - White

I got this product a week ago and I love it so far. The case feels kinda plastic but it opens and closes nicely. The buds are very easy to pair with my phone and the app from JBL made it also easy to see what kind of setting I was using. They have an amplified surround sound for when you use it in traffic and it works great. The only downside with it was when I had that on while riding my bicycle and it was a very windy day. Then it really amplified the wind and that was not great. When I turned it off though it was fine. The anc works really well when your on the bus or train and the music quality is amazing. It has deep bass sound and I really don't have to play my music as loud as I have to with my previous buds to have some decent music going. It uses usb c to charge and that is great. It charges up quickly and since the first charge I haven't had to charge it again, so the battery's life is great! The buds came with buds which were too big for my ears, they made them fall off. I switched to a smaller size that came with the buds and they stay nice and snug in my ear now. I haven't gotten phonecalls when I have them in so I can't judge over the microphone quality yet. So far, these are great earbuds!

I bought these last week and used continuously since. These are wonderful wireless headphones.. incredibly fast charging, long battery backup as it is mentioned on it..good sound quality and useful features which are easy to use..one feature I like the most is Ambient Aware and it work well. However, these are just overall user requirements..These headphones are so well designed that they satisfy precisely the details needs of end user. I must congratulate the engineering team... They have managed the discharging and charging sequence very well, which will discharge slower or faster, left earbud Or right earbud Or the case.... which will charge faster, left or right bud or the case, this all works at its best. When case gets discharged below 50%, charging of earbuds in the case gets slower, which is obvious and important to retain long battary life. This ensures better use of battary for more number of charging cycles.

I bought this a few days ago and find it a good quality noise cancelling set of buds. The he fit is nice as long as you remember to put them in parellel to the ground. On bud controls work well. The iphone app is nice, clear and easy to use. Sound is good, bass heavy just how I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Tune 130NC's have incredibe sound, excellent battery life, good call quality, & fits pretty snug when out & about or at the gym. While I personally don't favor using the ANC option in general, it does work but only in low noise surroundings & not near construction sites or onboard a public train. Took these out while cycling but the design isn't totally aerodynamic & therefore the earbuds' frontsides do catch the wind as I'm riding. Design is quite unique & looks cool, in my opinion anyway. Other than that, the sound quality is amazing while streaming EDM/trance music that I prefer listening to, nice punchy bass! For phone calls, voices from both ends are loud & clear, which is a plus although I primarily will be using these for music & sports radio content. Battery life is pretty awesome. Used it about 6 hours straight & battery remaining still at 40%, which probably translates to approximately another 4 hours, as advertised without ANC! The app is super helpful & offers plenty of customization for the earbuds' tap functionality & tailor your sound preferences for different music genres. Overall, great pair of bluetooth earbuds that will keep you entertained for hours & hours with no worries on battery life!

I received this wireless earpiece to test and i was amazed how it performed. First i love the packaging it looks very cute and i love the fact that the colour of charger cable is different so make it easier to differentiate it from my other chargers. It charges very quickly and is easy to connect with Bluetooth. The jbl app also make it very easy to use. I love the sound, is very clear.

I've had these for a couple of months now and can't complain about sound or features but they do not staying my my ears at all I've tried all the different sizes but they all fall out of after like 3 minutes even when sitting down and not moving so quite disappointed as that's the most basic thing an ear bud should do

Purchased and used daily with dog walking mainly. Find that when my phone is in my pocket, it keeps cutting out the sound for approximately 5 seconds, it's very regular, good few times per song and is my biggest grievance. Had other Bluetooth headphones in the past and never experienced it before. The sound quality it's self is very good, not the loudest headphones but loud enough to be enjoyable with a high quality. Battery life is excellent. I do struggle for them to sit I'm my ear and stay there, I've used the “twist and lock” technique that the instructions suggest but they very easily just untwist themselves. Review I'd honestly give is 2.5 stars.

Junk junk junk!!!! The sound is glitchy between the left and right side. Music will pause and then restart multiple times each song as the headphones don't sync together correctly. Sometimes the music in the left side is a second behind from the music in the other ear bud. Junk, don't buy!! Not only are they junk but when I try to get them replaced the company wants me to send them in so they can test them before they will replace them so I won't have any headphones for a couple weeks dispite buying three brand new two months ago. Garbage product by a garbage company and they know it and won't stand behind their junk. Buy a different brand

I have never had a pair of earbuds of this style (TWS with tips) that don't stay in my ears but these do not stay in my ears for anything other than stationary activities. When the earbuds are in the sound and noise cancelling are good but because they don't even stay in your ears that makes the rest of the features useless. Big fail by a great company like JBL I also experienced charging issues mitliple times.

This product has been awful ever since I recieved it. The earphones charge around 30% of the time. I will often take them out of the fully charged pod after hours for them to have not charged at all. This is disappointing because I have used JBL products before and had a good experience however I cannot recommend this product.
