I was looking for a high quality, trustworthy pair of headphones at a reasonable price. These headphones are better than I imagined! Would recommend highly! My college age daughter tried them and took them with her back to college.

I bought these for my Aunt for her birthday and she loves them. These are the first over the head headphones since old walk man kind way back. She says they are comfortable and loves the noise canceling options so she can't hear her husband!

Cons: Hurts my ears because the ear cushions aren't big enough to cover my outer ear. I am an adult woman with average size head and ears, but these hurt after a couple hours. Would be good for children! Pros: The battery life is insanely good. I have audio processing disorder so I wear headphones pretty much the entire time I'm awake and I've never had these headphones die in over 2 months. I'm not sure I've even had a low battery warning and I know I've forgotten to charge them before so I think it lasted at least 24 hours of actually being used without dying. Charges quickly, too, I think maybe 2 hours for a full charge and 15 minutes will get you a couple more hours of use.

The sound quality is great for the price and the noise canceling is excellent. I had a problem with the headphones cutting out and customer service was great helping me diagnose what the problem was. It was a Windows 11 problem. One problem I haven't completely worked out is allowing my phone, tablet and tv to work with the Windows Phone link at the same time. I have to go into the settings on each unit and turn off the Bluetooth so I can pair one with my laptop and vice versa. Other than this, I would give it 5 stars.

Not for big ears, feels snug, but no big deal. I can easily wear these headphones over my eyeglasses comfortably. Awesome sound quality and the adaptive noise canceling works great. Long-lasting battery life is great. The JBL app is really cool for making easy adjustments and displays your battery level. Nice bass sound a definite plus! Probably not good for workouts because your ears will sweat if you move around with these headphones and they tend to slip forward off your head with movement also. For the price, these are great overall. A must if you share living space with others and want to keep the peace!

I have a small head. and they fit a little tight. the sound is good but not as clear as I'd like. also hard to tell battery live as there is only one light indicator. but certainly not bad for the price

Came dusty and power button doesn’t work, sound quality is horrible, lots and mean LOTS of scratches on it

Absolutely do not order from this company. The delivery driver never delivered them to my house and when I contacted customer service they refused to refund or replace the item despite proof I never received them. No matter who I contacted, they refused to resolve this issue.

I’ve had Jbl items In the past which is what made me even consider purchasing these headphones as a gift. I thought what a steal, i was so wrong. If you’re looking for something that has that noise cancellation don’t waist your time.
