Once great tasting sausage is now even better. and thanks for removing the red dye! They do have considerably more calories now than before. but I love 'em. thanks.
These will surprise you. Great price and good quality. Taste is outstanding. Great for cook outs or just throwing them in an air fryer.
Made hot link po boys. Not hot enough for me but my guests eyes were watering. Too bad. They are perfect.
taste different from what I've always loved color is gone now it just looks like a wiener all it has is some pepper , some times it taste like it used to taste, this week taste was bland
I've had better. Just okay. Still looking for better
taste different, new packaging I thought it was the wrong one at first. still hot bud bland in flavor and the texture isn't thick anymore the skin is soft and isn't the same as it once was. I'll never buy it again, they used to be so good and I'm very disappointed.
The entire recipe has changed for this hot link. These were our go to links, and they used to be 120 calories per link, and is now 260 calories. Sodium/sugar/fat content was increased with decrease in protein. Taste is not improved, and it's just not worth it.
These were our favorite hot links for years but during the summer of 2025 the recipe changed. What once was the best is now terrible. When I received these in my last grocery pick-up order. I noticed they looked different. The packaging now said No Red Dyes and I thought, that's why they look different. No red dye is great. Then when I ate one, it tasted completely different. My husband complained and it went to the garbage. The recipe is completely different with more fat and less meat. I will never buy these again. They are that bad!
The red color is just dye, no snappy casting. I assume these were added to Walmart's inventory to replace the CIRCLE B HOT LINKS, but they are not an adequate substitution. Just because they are red and spicy does not mean they can even compare to Circle B's snappy casing. Dyeing the meat red to make it look like the old-fashioned snappy hot links is a sad way to get consumers to purchase a product. They are going to expect the snappy casing and only end up with a dyed red spicy hot dog. I hope they restock the Circle B hot links in the future and get rid of these.
They sent the wrong sausages
