Flow-Aide for Yearly Tankless Water Heater Flush
I have used Flow-Aide before for my yearly tankless water heater flush. I let the pump run about an hour and I can see by the scale particales in the water that it's working as intended. About $20.00 a year is not a bad price to pay to keep the tankless water heater investment around for many years to come.

Too expensive from this supplier.
This was extremely expensive when we bought it in October 2025. Two gallons for $150.35. Vinegar is going to have to replace this product at this price.

Keeping my on-demand water heater decalcified
As far as I know work pretty good and the price was very competitive. My water is very hard.

Nice size and value
I like this descaler because it's a concentrate. We use once a year to clean our on-demand water heater.

Did not fit nor was it advertised for my purpose.
It was easy to use and all that. However it did not dissolve the chunks of precipitated calcium etc. that keeps banging on my hot water tank. To be fair, it's not meant for a tank system.

Works as described. Have tried other brands but this was by far better results. Easy to follow directions printed on container.
