This iodine solution works fast and effectively. The only caution is to work with it over a sink as it can %26 will stain surfaces if not careful.

I ordered the J.Crow's Lugol's Solution from Walmart because Walmart online because it was in stock and not a bad price when ordering more than one bottle! Most Americans are deficient in Iodine, that is why the government agencies started adding it to table salt. This is a strong solution, which will give you much more iodine and iodide than the recommended daily allowance (RDA). Some believe RDA is the bare minimum a body needs. Do your research first and see if this is right for you.

I use two drops a day diluted in a very small amounts of water, I have regained a huge amount of energy from using this product. I use it in the morning only because it can keep you awake. Also I do not use this product with any kind of vitamin C within 2 hours either way of using it. If used correctly I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. You can also use it on cuts and scrapes. It is extremely strong so you must use caution and a small amount. each drop is approximately 2.5 mg of iodine. It is a definite recommend.

These two bottles of Crows Iodine were watered down. I have used Iodine a lot and put it on my skin. I immediately noticed how very pale it was on my skin compared to previous use. I also bought a new bottle of the exact same bottle of crows Iodine from another store at the same time and it was 3xs darker - the way it should be. It was definitely watered down .

The product is fine. I have ordered from other suppliers. This supplier however, delayed shipment for many days and then cancelled the order. I checked to see if they were out of stock, but they weren't. They had raised their price since I ordered last week.
