I'm using to see if I might be iodine deficient because I have been using RealSalt natural salt instead of traditional iodized salt. Works and easy to tell. Be careful: it stains but it's supposed to so be smart about it.

Lugols iodine is just a supplement since our iodine intake is way below other countries. No noticeable difference but it help the thyroid that regulate most of our bodily organs.

Avoid - sent a bottle with a dropper that did not function - Knew the dropper did not function but sent anyway with a replacement dropper that did not fit the bottle - DUH ! - a complete waste and time, energy and money - AVOID and save yourself the frustration !!!
