Secret ingredient
Won't make ribs without it. Also, tried it on chicken thighs. Gives a great flavor and it is low sodium. The hickory version is like an outside slow-grilled flavor that's just done in the oven. It's my secret ingredient for my rub recipe instead of salt. Guess it's not so secret anymore.
