My Sons teacher gave it a thumbs up
My son has been playing trumpet for 1 year and I decided to surprise him with a trumpet this Christmas. Well I wanted to wait but I just could not. He was so happy and he showed his teacher and she approved, she said she was impressed for something at that cost. She told me she might even get one herself for backup.

Amazing, much better than I thought it would be.
This is awesome! Plays like a Yamaha but no where as expensive. Normally when you get a not so expensive trumpet the C# and D are too high and the first and valve need pulling. Not so by this trumpet, its C# and D are almost tuned perfectly!! They also give you a 1 year warranty. It shows how much trust they have in their product. Thumbs up!!!! Will definitely recommend to friends.

Had problems at first but the service truly is awesome
The second and third valve was getting stuck and I got really annoyed. I emailed jeanpaul and they responded right away and asked for my address and they sent me a new one no questions asked.

Worked great. 13 old said it works perfect for middle school band. Nice case. Cheaper then renting one

Seller non reaponsive
The trumpet was heavy and non adjustable for my 10 year old so i returned this. I got confirmation that this was received oct 4 but still have not received a refund. Called walmart and they said they are waiting on the seller. Not sure whats taking so long but i would suggest you make sure you like everything based on the pic because you will have an irdeal if you return this

DO NOT BUY!!!!
The slides in this piece of crap turned black after 2 months of use, and the band director said the valves are crappy and jam easily, and that's using professional Bach oil and valve grease
