i love it ; i have it inside my house and its so relaxing listening to the water fall and watching it , it doesnt splash water all over the place . Its so cute .

I could not be happier with this fountain. It was so easy to assemble even with my arthritis. I love sitting on the porch listening to the water, especially in the morning when the surroundings are quieter. Since there is very little splash out I have not needed to add water, and I've had my fountain running for a week. Many compliments from the neighbors too.

We are extremely happy with this fountain. It's beautiful, well built, just the right size and so soothing. The shipping amazed us as it came several days before the suggested delivery date. Such a nice company to deal with.

Absolutely love this fountain. We have had so many compliments on it already from our friends. We added it to our rock garden.

I love my fountain. It is perfect for where I wanted it and I was able to set it up myself. I am 71 and it was light enough for me to handle.

Compared to other fountains I have purchased, this one surpassed them all. Easy assembly and open access to the pump is a plus. The weight is very manageable and the fountain itself is true to the picture.

There are 3 flaws. Otherwise, nice one. 1. The water hose which connects to the pump is not tight. It disconnects often. 2. The hose when water dispatches if bent/pressed and so water is coming out with more pressure. Design flaw or defective piece. 3. It could have been good if there was something which closes in the opening in the back of the fountain where the wire runs. It doesn't look good when it sits in open area. Doesn't matter if its next to wall. Could not afford returning as it costs lot of money and I have thrown the box away assuming it would be nice.

I bought this good looking fountain in Nov 2016. Opened the box in December and placed in front of the house. My wife and son were very excited. It was looking so well and worked very well until weather turned freezing. Then we turned it off for 4 months due to weather. Now, in April 2017, I see there is a big crack at the bottom. I think its not all one piece. The bottom piece is stick to the fountain with the glue or some material which is coming off due to weather. I called Hayneedle customer service and they referred me to the seller. I called the seller and they say that the warranty is only for 1 month, which is ridiculous, and they referred me back to Hayneedle and no one seems to care about it. I would never buy anything from Hayneedle again. They are not ready to take care of customer problem. The 2 star is only for the design. Zero stars for the quality.

Well not good I recieved this with the bottom is cracked will not hold water and no response back..
