The overall design and appearance exceeded the picture. The chain could be a bit more substantial. But this is NOT a deal breaker. I just thought the chain could have been a bit nicer.

This is beautiful and it's my fault for not noticing that the chain is attached. I would have liked a prettier chain and planned to put it on one but can't.

it is beautiful no doubt about it. the only issue I had was the connection points from chain to pendant.. picture on the website looks like the chain connects in the back of the pendant. when it arrived in the mail. first it's in a plastic bag in a box. and the connection points are on the side of the pendant it's a small detail but it does kind of bug me. does it bother me enough to send it back? No. just wish the picture was more accurate

I can not give a review because, although it's showing this order as being delivered, but I haven't received it yet. No one rang my bell or knock on my door to give this order to as I request, Instead I receive the message stating it was delivered, with a picture showing my order outside on the ground in the rain. when I went outside to get it nothing was there. I called customer service and the representative I spoke with told me he see the order as being delivered but, I have to call back after 72 hours (days). As of date I still haven't received this package or reimbursed for it, therefore, I'm being charged for something I haven't received. SMH

Looks cheap and seller doesn't certify the diamond. Had worst experience ever with seller they shipped me another item with the chain inside the pendent. Had issues with return and refund. Don't waste time or money. Sell doesn't call back and emailing within 24-36 hours didn't happen.

Descriptions said it came with an adjustable chain. It did not, so I cannot wear it without finding a match to the very fine chain it came on, which is attached on 2 side. I am so disappointed.

I love this necklace but it broke trying to put it on! The necklace is beautiful but the chain is too delicate and will break easily! I am returning this item.
