Boards great - hardware not so much
I had to round up adequate spacers and washers to make the boards sturdy. Also was missing 8 bolts. Other than that they went on ok.

Poor instructions.
Romik needs to make the instructions more clear and the pictures were too blurry. i had to look for the instructions on their website. the torque settings on their video tutorial and instruction manual are different as well! they need to get everything uniform. the build quality of the boards are great though. they seem to have no issue holding me up at 380 lbs and it was easy to install once you figure out how to do it. It states you dont need to drill a hole but you do need to make a thread to some holes so you will need a tap and die set.

Quality/Fitment issues
Running board brackets were received with powder coating chipped and missing. They were shipped without being individually wrapped. Phoned Romik customer support and they suggested I get a spray can of touch up at Home Depot!! I explained that powder coating is not a do it yourself project that you buy in a can. They agreed to send me replacements but informed me they would be packaged the same way. Fortunately the replacements arrived individually wrapping. Torque values in the installation instructions are incorrect. Had to phone them back for clarification. When running boards are installed they are not level. Had to purchase and install spacers on the outboard running board to bracket bolts for the boards to be level.

Packaging was poor, one emblem was put on crooked, one bracket was longer than the other 2, had a small scratch on driver side board. I was able to correct or overcome each problem and once done they do look nice.

Not like the video!
Video shows a simple installation using factory installed studs. Not the case in my 2019 Ford Transit. Non of the factory installed studs are used.
