Great product just as described or better. it's a great size taller than describe after putting the tires great quality. happy with purchase
Very sturdy. Excellent tool box. This was a gift for my son in law as he needed a narrow, sturdy, moveable tool box to add to fit a specific area. He loves it.
I bought this car to replace a homemade on that never really lived up to its purpose. I had not expected it to be as heavy as it is. The drawers roll smooth, even loaded with wrenches, and the car stays balanced at all times. Even the assembly was super easy and quick.
It's not super heavy duty. There are more robust tool storage options out there. But I work in other people's homes and I was frustrated with my current solutions for bringing my tools and being able to find things in a rolling tool bag, large cube cases, or previously bucket storage. I bought this and a modular rolling tool box with drawers. I needed something I can lift into a truck or RAV4. The top gives the added bonus of a place to mark tiles, or set small tools, cuts, etc next to my tile saw as I work. Time will tell if it is durable for the sake of longevity. It wasn't difficult to assemble. I would advise to place top box upside down and attach to bottom section wheels up when at that step if you don't have a helper.
I bought this for my husband who works on cars and is about to restore a 66 mustang. Its perfect for rolling around the shop. And its about 4ft tall . Sturdy and nicely made
I'm enjoying the portability of this tool cart and using it as a daily-use tool box. I don't have to go digging through my giant tool box for the tools I use frequently. I was able to fit my general use tools in this cart for quick and portable access. Would have been 5 stars if the locking mechanism was bit sturdier.
Pretty decent little cart. Plenty of storage to get around a shop that doesn’t have a designated bay system. I fit all my sockets I regularly use in it. I fit all my electric impacts and ratchets in it. The sliding top is also nice. Only gripe with it is it could stand to be slightly larger. Mostly in length. I have a hard time fitting my longer pry bars on the bottom. But so far so good.
I bought this just a shuttle around my tools between the big box and the car and it works great for that. When it arrived one door slid open but the other one only slid about 30%. I had to drill out all of the rivets and take the tracks apart and put them together correctly. Then rivet the tracks back onto the box... Jegs told me it was under manufacturer warranty and it was up to me to ship it to the manufacturer. It was much easier and cheaper to repair it. This is a very handy little cart and I use it regularly.
I bought 2 of these and would've given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that on both units, the right side sliding top would only open half way making it hard to access any thing in the top right side of the box. I called customer service and asked if they have had this problem before and was told no. I could have returned them but my son had already assembled both and chopped up the packaging. I told customer service I would try to repair rather than return and replace. If it was one unit I would thought isolated incident but the exact same problem on both units? I'm not so sure. Ultimately I found that the tracks on that side were installed wrong. I removed the tracks to reposition the stops ( had to drill out & replace half a dozen rivets per side). Other than that they seem well built and sturdy for the price. If you are handy and have the free time to make the repairs (if ness.), then these are a great buy. One word of caution. The overall width is a little narrow and if the top area is overloaded the cart will become a little top heavy.
Bottom drawer will not fully close, leaving the top drawer locked closed
