these seat belts look really good. i have the jegs low back bucket seats and the latch is a perfect link. the only thing slightly negative i would say is that you cant pull it out quickly, you have to take your time putting them on. they lock up very easy, but once it is on you can still move around wihtout it locking up
Very good belts, a little confusing on how to install at first, but the instruction guide helped paint a picture.
I bought these for a 1980 el Camino. I was torn on buying ones factory for my car or these. I decided on these cause they were cheaper and I’d give it a shot. They bolted right up and work great honestly....just as you buckle up don’t jerk to fast as they lock but I guess that’s what you want right.
Exactly what I expected. Great quality, fast shipping, and great product support from Jegs. This seat belt will lock in any position and doesn't need to be mounted exactly 90 degrees to work properly. This helps when mounting in an older vehicle that OEM or aftermarket exact seat belts replacements can be purchased.
Bought for Christmas for a 1974 Barracuda. Bolts right in behind the seat, no issues with quality. Although it can be a little sticky when pulling. I think it could be a little longer, but it appears to be a universal part. Good enough!!
Installed in my 1979 chevy k20. Center belt is a little bit short for this application. Otherwise these are good budget belts!
I have a Wrangler YJ and these fit perfectly with the existing buckle. My only annoyance is with the locking mechanism. It's slightly difficult to pull it without it locking. I have to pull it ever so slowly and gently.
Used in a 1970 Monte Carlo and although they did end up working multiple alterations were needed. The roof mount is not the same kind of mount as the oem holes. Also the receiver hole is too small for the oem bolts so they had to be drilled out to fit. Overall worth it if you need belts in a pinch.
Despite what the description says, this will not work in a Jeep Cherokee / XJ without bubba hacking your molding off. I spent something like $90 on this part after taxes and shipping but only got $57 back after returning. So I wasted 30-something dollars in this endeavor and still have a ripped seatbelt. Going instead with SeatbeltPlanet. Buy once cry once.
Never got them. JEGS ship them to a wrong address and kept my money.
