JEGS 3/4 in. Square Drive Torque Wrench 100 to 600 ft/lbs

The torque wrench works as advertised.... but frankly its not the tool one would purchase unless you had a known need for it. In my case, center lock wheels for my new 911 Turbo S Porsche. The tool is a monster and gives a practical place to practice my squats to get a 449 ft/lb of torque on the center lock nut... I had to try it out!! No, you don't get a picture of a 65 year old fart grunting, while tightening his wheels. But you can imagine it now, right? One also needs a brake spreader to hold the brakes while tightening or loosening for that matter. In short, even at JEGS' pricing, a tremendous value compared to other Porsche sources, or even worst an OEM tool at over $800.

I was looking around for a cost effective 3/4 in torque wrench as most of this size are quite expensive and I only need it for a few specific tasks. This wrench really performed well, it comes in a nice plastic carrying case and the torque adjustment is smooth and civilized. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and it helped me tighten the flywheel nut on my 13b with ease.

Very surprised by the excellent quality for this price. Super heavy duty and well built. No problem at all cranking a trailer hitch ball to 430ftlbs. Hitch ball was rusted in place for 10 years and this wrench moved it with ease. Very pleased with this purchase.

Needed it for 450 Ft-lb motorhome lug nuts and 250 Ft-lb U-bolt R&R during a Steering mod. Being a little heavy and long, a second set of hands helps avoid banging this nice wrench around when working under the rig...and when going from lug to lug. Remember to back your setting off before stowing the wrench.

I bought this to tighten my motorhome lug nuts to 450 ft lbs and it seems to work well and appears to be well made. It would be nice if it could be tested to prove its calibration is accurate.

Exactly what i needed for my semi truck. Great price and, so far, torques exactly how i need it to. Needed something that could torque wheels down and other high torque applications and this tool does that.

This torque wrench is a good value. Very stout. Makes torqueing down the spider and jam nut on snowmobile clutches a breeze.

Bought this wrench in feb 23, we have only used it four or five times at 420 foot pounds, and the torque wrench already broke.
