Sturdy, fit my 2019 Toyota 4Runner perfectly. A bit disappointed though with the black runner end-covers. They took some manipulating to get into place, and I hope they do not fall off. Additionally, only one of the crossbars is lockable. the second one did not have locks.

Expected a high quality product. Don’t get me wrong they’ve worked this far. However the cheap plastic end caps are just that. Cheap plastic. No clip, no click, they fell off before I even had the crossbars on the roof. Are you supposed to glue them in?

Worked great for cross country trip but we lost the keys. Tried calling customer service for replacements and they said "it's a known issue. We are working on it." Seriously?? They've been selling this product for multiple years with no solution. I'm sure we're not the first ones to lose it as well. And they had no alternative solutions either!

This item looked used and did not include instructions or the required key for the locking mechanism. How on earth is anyone supposed to use this? Very careless and such a waste to send in this state.

Makes awfully loud whistling noise. I do not recommend it.

1. It is not 49 inches. It is 47 inches. I spent an hour trying to put this thing on only to realize it was 1 inch short on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. It's possible they are including the snap on black caps in the length, but that isn't part of the cross bar which is the only piece that matters. 2. The black end caps are cheap and won't stay on. I was going to wrap them in tape which would have looked bad. 3. I just went to the customer service counter at my local Walmart and they won't stand behind it bc it wasn't “shipped” by Walmart. I bought it on Walmart.com. What???! So frustrating.

As far as the item goes, the package was missing a clamp so I was unable to install both bars. Also, the end caps are pretty useless. They don't stay in at all. You can tap on the bar and the cap will just fall right out. There is no way they will stay in if you start driving. End of the world? No, but the bars without end caps look cheap. I waited a 2 extra days beyond when the items was supposed to arrive and checked with FedEx. They told me the package had been delayed, even though it was marked as on truck for delivery for 2 days. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic right now so tried to be patient. It eventually arrived, 3 days later than what was stated. When I opened the package I realized it was missing a clamp, so I tried to contact customer service, which was after 5pm eastern so they were closed. Waited until the next morning and sat on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally got on the line. The lady was nice but told me they needed to check with the parts department to figure out if they could just send me the single clamp instead of the entire package. She told me she would send an email to update me. It's now been 2 business days and I have heard nothing. I tried calling before they closed today and my wait time was estimated at 30 minutes, which is pas the time they are open so I hung up. I am not impressed at all.
