JEGS Cut 60 Plasma Cutter

I have been very pleased. It works great. I says it’s ranted for 7/8 but I cut 1-1/8 with it. The only things I don’t like is the handheld face shield its sooo cheap I wish they would of thrown it in the trash wen packaging the unit. It gives you the wrong first impression of the product and the button on the gun is zip tied on it looks cheap but it works. I haven’t been able to make it cut out. Would definitely recommend it. Works well! Cuts thru thick metal like butter. No air leaks as per a u tube rater.

Overall I’m very impressed. It could have longer leads but for the price it’s hard to complain. I’ve easily and quickly cut 5/8” plate with it in single pass so it’s all I can ask for.

The unit did a nice job on 1/2" mild steel. The torch handle and switch is on the lite side. The torch needs to have a guide wheel to keep tip off metal. It's also goes through the tips faster than it should.

Well, my first plasma cutter came to Me busted. The trigger is cheap plastic and zip ties to the nozzle. The tiger is plastic and broken. The glass on the mask is also broken. I don't understand the mask, there is no band to hold it to your head. Unless you hold it with one hand and cut with the other. I have to call Jegs to see if they will just send me a new trigger.

I purchased this unit and cut approximately 3 inches then it quit have never been able to use it cents call customer service they said all the warranty basically tough luck so I have a lemon on it setting in my shop for everyone to enjoy and talk about will never buy anything from JEGS agin
