The first cart received was horrible. Similar to others reviewed here (and on Amazon) the cart was shaped like a parallelogram. Large dent in the top flange, all drawers crooked. The shipping box looked fine. These things are leaving the factory this way. I called Jegs and they agreed to take it back (on their dime) and send me a new one. I figured my odds were good that I would send this one back too (I'm on a first name basis with my FedEx driver). Just received the replacement today and it is perfect! No blemishes, drawers aligned perfectly! It is a really nice cart if you can get one that was made properly. Thanks again to Jegs customer service - excellent!

First, I love this cart! Sturdy is an understatement! Second, I ordered this cart about 3 weeks ago, and it arrived quickly, but after I started assembling it, I realized that the bottom panel was not there! So, I finished the assembly with the parts that I did have (the bottom panel has the wheel axles welded to is, so the cart wasn't going to roll anywhere, anytime soon.). I emailed Jegs, and explained my problem. In a shade over two weeks, the folks at Jegs sent me another cart, and told me to go ahead and dispose of the original cart. Today, I have a complete cart, plus the cabinet portion of the old cart, thanks to Mackenzi B who answered my email, and followed through to a successful conclusion! Kudos to Mackenzi and the folks at Jegs!

I bought this 3 days ago and was delivered and assembled today. Very nice looking cart and everything fit up great. The only issue I have is the cheap locking swivel casters. When pushing or pulling the cart and turning, either one or both casters will jam sideways and not turn. You have a great product Please send better caster.

Just received the cart, no damage well packaged. Very heavy duty, well built and worth the money. I have two other brands and this is the best to keep things clean and properly stored finally. Better than expected for the most part, maybe the little front wheels could be larger as the rear are perfect size and rubber compound. Only had to put the wheels and handles on, not a huge construction project nice!

This is a great little welding cart for the price. The drawers have enough room for a few accessories and consumables, and the bottom bin is large enough for a welding helmet and a tungsten grinder. The argon tank fits nicely on the back and is safely secured. My AHP multi-process welder fits nicely on top with no obstructions in front of the hookups, and the cart is stable when rolled around the shop.

Shipping damage, must have been dropped upside down, tweeked one top front corner. Drawers still work, behind the pull bar not that noticable. Only bottom draw is full length. All 3 should be. Welding hood in bottom bin is a tight fit. A marginal cabinet that should have a couple improvements and be a little bigger. Then it would be perfect. Nice paint.

This thing is solid and easy to assemble. So far, so good. Drawers open and close well...but keep in mind they are not full length, I'd say maybe half. The cable hangers on the side flex the cart sides out a bit when you tighten the screws. Have your dolly ready when it gets delivered! If I had to pick on it a little, the locks on the front caster wheels are mounted on the same side...which, in my mind would be better if they could be on the outside of the cart on both sides. Also, the pieces of metal that come in the package to make the grid in the top drawer are supposed to come in 2 lengths: 2 shorter and 2 longer. Mine came with 3 longer and 1 shorter...which will require me to cut one of them so that it will fit. Lastly, I wish the tank brackets had mounting options, in case you have a smaller size, like an 80.

I don't know what happened with this product, but someone drop the ball. My cart came without hardware and one of the drawers is damaged and the handle is not even there. All it has is a big hole. I try to contact them to get the issue resolved, but had no help and it's a very inconvenient item to ship back. All I need is the hardware and a new drawer.
