This is like having candy canes in your cheesecake big hit
I substituted real whipped cream for cool whip. Note - this is not a cheesecake dessert but loved the peppermint flavor!
Tastes amazing! Just like a candy cane! Family favorite!
Love the cool taste in your mouth
Thought it was easy to make. Tasted really good!
This was easy to make and tasty. I will purchase this again.
It's hard for me to criticize a cheesecake, but I must… candy cane and cheesecake don't mix! The only good part was the crust to cheesecake ratio (I love 90% or more cheesecake personally.) Cooled quickly, super pigmented and pretty (obvi) but the taste just wasn't there. Not for me!
The little peppermint candies were ok, the chocolate crust was good, but the cheesecake was flavorless. It vaguely smelled like peppermint but it certainly didn't taste like it. It didn't even have the yummy vanilla flavoring like the regular cheesecake in the strawberry cheesecake kit. If you buy this maybe add some peppermint extract? Otherwise don't bother with it.
The flavor is extremely artificial. You can really taste the "flavored" in "artificially flavored." Worse, the consistency turned out like snot with pebbles in it. Not what you want from a cheesecake. Would not buy again.
its way to minty not like candy cane more like tooth paste its nasty
